Hello again, I remember a few years ago reading a book about influential people in the area of ​​science, among all the stories I read, the one about a woman named Gertrude Belle Elion, a pharmacologist born in January 23, 1918 in New York, United States, caught my attention. After the death of her grandfather, she decides to become a scientist and focus on finding a cure for the disease that had caused his death.   Hi, This photo has a very beautiful meaning for me. They are my grandparents, and they are one of the most important people in my life. I like this photo because I feel that it captures their essence; just them laughing and showing their complicity and affection. It's probably not the best photo, but it's my favorite, it's interesting how through a simple photo you can relive moments as beautiful as this; New Year's celebration of 2022. Every year we spend the New Year together, we dance, sing and share as a family, and that year was no exception… and there, this photo was born. My favourite piece of technology

  Hello again, My favorite piece of technology is headphones, I could really say that I can't imagine my day without them. Basically they help me to simplify my life, make moments that could be routine more dynamic and good moments even more beautiful. They help me to be able to transport one of the things I like the most, which is music, and thus be able to listen to it anywhere and at any time. It's ironic how something that seems so insignificant actually helps me better enjoy my daily activities. It is vital to have my headphones when I go out, to use them on the metro and the bus, and thus entertain myself on the way. Why did i choose my major (study program)?

Who am I

  Hello everyone, My name is Rocío Carvajal and I was born in Santiago de Chile on January 23th, 2004, so I am currently 19 years old. I live in a quiet but slightly secluded place in Puente Alto with my mother and my dog. I have a sister named Catalina who at the beginning of this year went to live in Lautaro, since she got a job as a nutritionist. My favorite place is Lautaro, specifically my grandparents' house. My sister and I are their only granddaughters, so they have always prioritized us and get very happy every time we go to see them. I studied at the Mayor Tobalaba school until I graduated on 2021 and began to study Chemistry and Pharmacy at the Universidad de Chile, since then I always really liked chemistry and everything related to the subject.
